Training slot bookings are only for members with active membership. We still accept walk-in customers but are subject to the availability of training slots. Training slots are 1.5 hours long, starting from 8.00 a.m until 10.00 p.m. every day.
Currently, our training slot timings are as below;
8 AM – 9.30 AM
9.30 AM – 11 AM
11 AM – 12.30 PM
12.30 – 1 PM rest
1 PM – 2.30 PM (this slot is not available on Friday)
2.30 PM – 4 PM
4 PM – 5.30 PM
5.30 PM – 7 PM
7 PM – 8.30 PM
8.30 PM – 10 PM
