We are back in operation!

Finally, we are allowed to re-open after almost four months of mandatory closure. We are getting so many questions about the SOP and how we run the gym, so this article is intended as a reference for everyone.

The SOP are adapted from official KBS PPN Fasa 3 SOP Sukan dan Rekreasi, updated on 26.8.2021.

This article will be updated from time to time to accommodate if there are any changes in the future. Let’s get to it straight away!

1. 1.5 hours training slot. Booking is compulsory.

Ten (10) customers are allowed in each slot, non-negotiable. Only members with active membership can book a training slot.

Training slots:

8 AM – 9.30 AM
9.30 AM – 11 AM
11 AM – 12.30 PM
1 PM – 2.30 PM (this slot is not available on Friday)
2.30 PM – 4 PM
4 PM – 5.30 PM
5.30 PM – 7 PM
7 PM – 8.30 PM
8.30 PM – 10 PM

Drop-ins/walk-ins

Drop-ins/walk-ins are still available, but only via direct visit (no booking) and subject to training slot availability.

Please call us at 06 601 4470 to confirm slot availability before coming to the gym.

2. Only customers with complete vaccination are allowed.

Our staff only duty will check vaccination records in the MySejahtera app.

We do not accept screenshots of the digital certificate. All of our staff already received two doses of vaccines.

3. Only ‘Low Risk’ MySejahtera status is allowed.

Our staff on duty will also ask all customers to show an updated MySejahtera status upon entering.

We can allow only ‘Low Risk’ status to enter. This applies to all customers and our own staff.

4. Facemask is required.

Please wear a facemask when you enter, exit, or whenever you have to communicate with others.

Nevertheless, please minimize communication with other people at the gym.

After all, you only have 1.5 hours to train, let’s optimize it.

5. Always practice physical distancing.

Always maintain proper physical distancing of at least 2 metres.

Please do not share equipment.

We have organized all of the equipment in the facility so that everyone can keep a distance of 2 metres between each other.

We are committed to reminding everyone to practice good physical distancing, but it all depends on us to cooperate. Let’s take care of each other.

6. Bring a towel to wipe the equipment.

We will provide everyone with a personal disinfectant spray bottle.

Please use your own towel to wipe the equipment before and after usage.

It is compulsory to buy a one-time-use towel for only RM1.00 in case you forget to bring one.

7. All active memberships pre-MCO 3.0 will be compensated.

All memberships that were still active on 12.5.2021 (the date when the MCO 3.0 started) will be carried forward.

Just let us know the membership number at the reception, and we will do the rest for you.
